  Mr. Mohammad Dawood NOURZAY holds a Master’s degree in Law and Political Science and brings over 22 years of experience in project management, leadership, and multi-sectoral coordination. As the Chairman of ASVAKA HOLDING, he oversees strategic decision-making and organizational growth across the company’s core sectors, including logistics, agriculture, livestock, construction, and roadworks.

  Mr. NOURZAY is fluent in English, Dari, and Pashto, and he is an active member of the Afghanistan Chamber of Commerce and Investment (ACCI). His strong background in governance and stakeholder engagement has played a key role in the company’s success in delivering projects for both national and international clients
